·        - How technology affects communication positively and negatively?

Positive: Technology can help us to be quickly communicated with other people. And  can give people more information to be easier. For example internet, SMS, chatting,  voice call, video call, can be used anywhere and  anytime.

Negative: Technology can give negative effect to users. Someone will be concern on their gadget than other people which is talking with her/him. We can find deception and cyber bullying anywhere in internet. Do not want  to find important information because effect from negative things.

·        - Why listening is such a big challenge for most people? Explain by giving answer!

Listening is a big challenge for most people because talking with other people is not easy. Sometime, talking with other people like talking with myself. All of people just listened but dont give a opinion. Cause many people not focused for that moment.
