Tulisan 2

Do you agree that "The Customer is Always Right?" I dont agree about it, because he customer is not always right. In this case the customer is someone who needs the goods or services of the owner of an institution in which there is a worker. And the workers here is someone who usually obliged to do what the customers need. But, of the many workers often make mistakes and do things arbitrarily customer because he considers the customer is always right because he probably felt he had to spend money to ask well served. When customers do not know also that it is possible worker workers who are still in training and could not rule out the possibility that the new employee can be fired by his boss. So, customers can not always blame the seller or worker in any case because it is not necessarily the case for their mistakes. There are times when customers who often make mistakes but do not want to blame then blame others because they think "Customer is a King".

It’s my experience being customer:
I have experience when i’m going to a beauty shop. I went with my friend. When I want to buy face powder and lipstick the store that I got a very friendly service. From many of the  brands I asked one by one what is the best brand. I am interested in the brand of Indonesia  "Make Over". I try several colors of lipstick and I asked color matches my lips. As well as with the powder I tried one at a time, which of the powder that is suitable for your skin type and the color of my skin. The seller is very patient in serving my question quite a lot. And finally I decided to buy a pink lipstick and powder suitable for my skin tone. A few months later I bought powder exhausted, and I decided to buy it again. I tried to look for the powder in another store, but by the time I came I got a very unfriendly service. Even when I asked them to answer with a curt and not show the slightest smile to its customers. I finally decided not to buy it because they do not get good service and I was looking for the powder being discharged.

                                        Monument Nasional

7 months ago me and my two friends to visit one of the most phenomenal historical sights in central Jakarta area. yes that is a national monument. you know the national monument? regular national monument familiarly called Monas is 132 meters tall memorial monument erected to the memory of resistance and struggle of the people of Indonesia to win independence from Dutch colonial rule. The construction of this monument began on August 17, 1961 under the command of President Sukarno, and was opened to the public on July 12, 1975. This monument is crowned flame coated gold sheet which symbolizes the spirit of fiery struggle. The National Monument is located right in the center of Medan Merdeka, Central Jakarta. That's a bit of history that I know about the national monument. actually there I was not just visiting but I also fill the void of time before entering college. I work part time only 3 days together with my friends it. I worked as a Leader Organisation (LO) who led one of the provinces will follow the parade cultural events in 2014 and I happened to be ledear of West Nusa Tenggara region. so festive parade especially when evening comes, the more crowded only monument monas.oh yes, every afternoon my friend and I buy food around the Monas, yes indeed many people who sell a wide and diverse variety of food such as kerak telur, otak-otak, chicken satay , tahu gerjot, cotton candy and so forth. Actually sad when I only had 3 days there, although scent tired but I am very happy there. in addition to the tourist attractions, national monuments also provide valuable experience for me and I will never forget.
